Being a Pledge Agent takes a unique person – and its not for everyone. Before we move on to training we want to know how you process information and if you feel comfortable in the role. There are two parts to this training. A short quiz and a typing test.
Typing Test
Pledge Agents need to have good typing skills in order to make sure that information is entered in an accurate and timely matter.
Important: After taking the test – make sure to enter your name and download your certificate. Then upload following the directions in Step 3.
